Terms of Service

Effective date: 30 April 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and getmoreinterviews.ai ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

getmoreinterviews.ai is an automated job-search assistant. It sources publicly listed job postings, matches them to your background, generates personalised cold-outreach emails, and (with your permission via Gmail) sends those emails on your behalf and tracks replies and follow-ups.

The service is currently in invite-only beta. Features may change without notice. Uptime is not guaranteed.

2. Eligibility and Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
  • You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it current.
  • You must own, or be authorised to use, the email account you connect via Gmail.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent from your Gmail account, even when those emails were drafted by our AI. By using the service you agree:

  • To not use the service to spam, harass, defraud, impersonate any person or organisation, or transmit unlawful content.
  • To only send outreach emails to individuals you have a genuine professional reason to contact. You must not upload or use purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists.
  • To comply with all anti-spam and electronic communications laws applicable to you, including (where relevant) CAN-SPAM in the United States, PECR and UK GDPR in the United Kingdom, GDPR and ePrivacy in the European Union, CASL in Canada, and the Indian DPDP Act 2023.
  • To review every AI-generated email draft before approving it for sending. Approving a draft constitutes your acceptance of its content.
  • To honour unsubscribe and opt-out requests promptly.
  • To not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or otherwise misuse the service or its underlying systems.

4. AI-Generated Content

The service uses AI to draft email content based on your resume and the target role. AI output can be incorrect, off-tone, or inappropriate in context. We provide a review step for every draft. You are expected to read each draft and edit it before approving the send.

We do not legally vet draft content. By approving a draft, you take full responsibility for its contents. Outcomes such as replies, interviews, or job offers are not promised or guaranteed.

5. Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to your resume, your data, and the content you provide.
  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use your data solely to operate the service for you.
  • The platform itself - including the website, code, branding, designs, and trade secrets - belongs to us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of it.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or use it in a way that puts other users or the platform at risk. We will give reasonable notice where possible. You may delete your account at any time by emailing us; deletion takes effect within 30 days.

7. Service Availability and Third-Party Dependencies

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, especially while in beta.

The service relies on third-party platforms including Google's Gmail API. If a third-party provider changes its terms, suspends access, or ceases to operate, our service may be affected or interrupted. We are not liable for disruption caused by third-party platform changes outside our control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant any specific outcomes from using the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (US $100).

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, missed interviews, or rejected applications, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

You acknowledge that the service is in beta, that outcomes are inherently uncertain, and that this limitation reflects the early-stage nature of the platform and the fees (if any) charged.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your misuse of the service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) the content of emails you approved and sent through the service, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

This indemnity does not apply to the extent that a claim arises from our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith by providing written notice of the dispute and allowing 30 days to negotiate a resolution.

If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with the seat of arbitration in Bengaluru. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. For disputes not subject to arbitration, the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India applies, unless local mandatory law requires otherwise.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and our obligations as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India). By using the service you acknowledge the practices described there.

13. General

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service and supersede all prior understandings.

Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms as the service evolves. For changes affecting how we process your personal data, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required by applicable data protection law. For other material changes (such as pricing, service scope, or limitation of liability), we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Non-material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
